01

Who is responsible

Sevenmark is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and during delivery of its services. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to enquiries@sevenmark.co.uk.

02

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to understand, price, schedule and deliver the work.

  • Name, email address, telephone number and service or business address.
  • The selected package, answers, appointment slot and booking reference.
  • Vehicle registration, make/model, condition notes and photographs for automotive work.
  • Project screenshots or images voluntarily attached to a business or digital brief.
  • Payment status and transaction reference from SumUp; Sevenmark does not receive or store full card details.
03

Why we use it

Information is used to respond before a contract, deliver an agreed service, take and reconcile payments, keep business records, prevent misuse and resolve questions or disputes. Where the law requires consent, it will be requested separately.

04

Storage and sharing

Booking data and private uploads are stored through Sevenmark's website infrastructure. Payment processing is handled by SumUp. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or a clearly identified trusted specialist where this is necessary for an agreed service. Sevenmark does not sell customer information.

Reasonable technical and access controls are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

05

How long we keep it

Unconverted enquiries and related uploads are normally reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Booking and accounting information is kept for as long as needed to deliver the work, handle disputes and meet legal record-keeping duties. Accounting records are normally retained for six years. Information may be kept longer where a legal claim or obligation requires it.

06

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to use of your information. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Sevenmark will verify a request before releasing personal information.
