Clear before commitment

Booking terms

The practical rules behind estimates, deposits, slots, changes and delivery.

Last updated 22 August 2026
01

Prices and scope

Displayed prices are starting figures for the stated package. The on-site journey uses the answers supplied to calculate a working estimate. A booking is limited to the package, adjustments and written scope shown or later agreed.

If the actual condition, access or project scope materially differs from the information or images supplied, Sevenmark will pause before additional work, explain the revised total and request approval. The customer can accept the change or decline the additional work.

02

Deposits and balance

The stated deposit reserves the selected slot and is applied to the final balance. The remaining balance is due as agreed for the service. Payment status is verified with the payment provider before a slot is treated as secured.

A deposit is not an automatic penalty. If a booking is cancelled, any amount retained is limited to fair and reasonable losses caused by that cancellation, such as work already performed or a slot that could not reasonably be refilled.

03

Cancellation rights

Consumers booking at a distance may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. If the customer asks Sevenmark to begin within that period, they may need to pay a proportionate amount for work supplied before cancellation. The right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully performed following the required request and acknowledgement.

Please give as much notice as possible for changes. Sevenmark will explain any proposed deduction and any refund due rather than applying a fixed forfeiture automatically.

04

Appointments and access

The customer must provide safe, lawful access and any water or electricity confirmed during booking. Sevenmark may stop or rearrange work where conditions are unsafe, unlawful, materially different or likely to damage property. Travel or work already reasonably incurred may still be chargeable.

05

Results and pre-existing condition

Sevenmark will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Some stains, odours, paint defects, technical limitations or third-party systems cannot be guaranteed to disappear or perform in a particular way. Existing damage and realistic limitations will be explained where identified.

06

Trusted specialists

Where work falls outside Sevenmark's direct capability, a trusted independent specialist may be proposed. The customer will be told who is expected to carry out the work, the scope and price before it proceeds. Responsibility for a specialist's work will depend on whether Sevenmark is contracting to supply it or making an introduction only.

07

Problems and contact

Raise any concern promptly so Sevenmark has a fair opportunity to inspect and put it right. Contact enquiries@sevenmark.co.uk or +44 (0)7404 519 611 and quote the booking reference. These terms do not reduce rights that cannot legally be excluded.
